What does a buyer's agent do? A buyer's agent represents your interests throughout the search, evaluation, negotiation and purchase process.

How is this different from a listing agent? A listing agent is appointed to market a seller's property. I am appointed by you and work for the buyer.

Can you help with properties listed by other agents? Yes. The search covers the wider market and I coordinate contact and viewings with the relevant listing party.

Can I buy without being in Mallorca? Much of the search can be handled remotely, including video viewings. A lawyer should advise on powers of attorney and legal steps.
